Decades Of Dance

Designed to offer students of all ages the opportunity to perfect the art of performance.  At our main studio located in Fair Lawn, we provide a variety of classes to the North Jersey area.  Our mission has always been to give each student top notch training in tap, ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop and contemporary dance.  We have heightened the awareness of the arts in the community, as well as, improved participants' self esteem and physical well being.

Many of our students have been cast in television commercials, Broadway shows, Radio City, National Tours and major dance companies such as ABT and Alwin Nikolais. Its influence reaches far and wide in the Entertainment, Theatre and Dance world.

More About Carol

As creative director and founder, Carol Baskinger brings her extensive experience and theatrical skills of a professional performer to the students and faculty of Dance Designs Studio.  As an accomplished actor, dancer, vocalist and choreographer, she has captured audiences throughout the United States, Canada and South America.

While maintaining her active memberships in Screen Actors Guild/ American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, Actors Equity Association and New Jersey Teachers’ Certification with a BA Degree in Speech and Theater from Montclair University, Carol continues to teach and spread her passion of the arts to our youths.
